Thank you Reenie and Pammie...yeah I just spoke to her sister...she is resting and Im getting the impession she might be off vetalator???cause her sister said they are going to like scope her tomorrow to see where its spreaded too? I dont know....but she is out, she doesnt know whats going on...its like I want her to be well and fixed...but I also dont want them to prolong her suffering...its just rough... and I know its hard on what idiotic warped family she has ( not being mean but true),,, they just lost their mom to cancer last year, and more then likely now their baby sister. But thank you for your kind words for my friend and myself.

Marilyn I hope the thyroid meds work as fantastic for you as they have for me. I feel wonderful. I've not got all my energy back yet but man i tell you i should have had those pills years ago!

Hi There  Went for my follow-up appt today with PCP after blood work & the good news is my iron is up from 44 to 77 & the saturation levels is up from 13 to 26. so much better with the good iron (script). My protein levels are down to 6 from 8 so back to 2 - 3 shakes a day. The bad thing was that my thyroid is basically not working at all, so have been put on thyroid pills. Still don't have anti-depressants. apparently I will have to call the Insurance company (state of AZ) & cause a scene or temper tantrum to get them.; I am ready to kill everything in sight including myself & they think it needs prior authorization. By the time I found out My doc's office was gone for the day. So guess who's calling tomorrow asap. (today actually) wrote this last night.
Still tired, but, at least I know my iron has improved. She did not test my B-12 this time. Maybe the tiredness is due to the thyroid problems. We will see if the new meds help any with that. Take Care all That's it for me. Marilyn C (bearlady)

TODAY I will NOT have candy of any sort.
TODAY I will eat three healthy meals consisting of protein, vegetables, and fruit
TODAY I will have two snacks: (1) celery w/PB; and (2) a Full Bar
TODAY I will work out for 45-60 minutes
TODAY I will take my vitamins and drink at least 64 ounces of water
TODAY I will take a few minutes to reflect on the blessings in my life and to think about what I can do to make this world a better place
