hard to believe that the time is flying  by our anniversary will be here before we know it!

I've looked back at where i was almost 6 years ago and after each year mile stone. so far this is the best year after the first couple!

last year wasn't fun because of the different illnesses but now i'm feeling so good. i'm feeling better than my old self!

the weight is slow to go. remember those 10 pound losses? ahhhh those wrere the days. but now i have to work very hard to lose a pound and if i do not keep at it then it will find me very quickly.

I guess i've gotten what i've always wanted....to be like normal peolple!

when i get down i look at my size 0 daughter and remind myself of how hard she works to keep her beautiful figure. excersizes every day and eats very healthy. she does treat herself weekly and is she gains she doen'st beat herself up over it but gets right back into her program.

now with the holidays and all those yummy foods coming at us I'm working at deciding which treat i will give myself.

i've decided a sliver of pumpkin pie! i will enjoy it very slowly.
