As I can see, I'm not the only one that has been AWOL! Where is everybody? Pam, I see you on facebook sometime.
I have gained nearly all my weight back! The doctor put me on a new antidepressant in Jan and I gained 15 pounds almost immediately. In May I went to a new doctor and she said the antidepressant would cause weight gain, She changed me to Zoloft and I went back on my diet and I lost 12 pounds in less than two weeks. This week I have not lost but I knew I would not lose like I did for the first two weeks.
I started having awful feet and leg pain in Jan. also. This has gotten better since school has been out and I don't have to stand up a lot. But I heard this week that if I was low on B12 , this could cause this pain. I had the B12 here I just had not been taking it. I'm taking it now.

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
