friday. YES!
It has been a long week. I'm very happy to see today. Now to finish the day positively.
work has been hard for a while now. This month looks like it will finish good. Do i want to see the end of April? Not really but in my job I look ahead all of the time. Mays looking good too.
So I wondered why is it that I diet daily? Hourly? down to the minute?
I need to plan ahead for my diet and excerisze just like I do for work.
So i stocked up on the things that help me so that I don't get to a point where I might make a bad choice.
I have some sugar free popsicles that are great with the warm weather. only 15 calories taste good they have't bothered the Low Blood sugar. of course i am limiting them can't go crazy which i find when its something i like i think O but its only 15 calories! befor eyou know it the whole box is gone and that only 15 calories has moved into the meal zone. that makes them pretty useless cause theres no protein.
snacks are important to me. i have to have them every 2 hours. but snacks need to be not just a treat but something worth while.
gotta love those cheese sticks.

we are working in our 7th year now. most of the boards after 3 years weaken. ours has lasted alot longer.
