anniversary
tomorrow will be my 6 year anniversary date. i wish i could go back and read for the past 5 years what i had written.
as for this year so far so good.
i'm planning on this 6th year to being healthy.
this morning i weighed in and have lost another few points in weight which brings me to *drum rollllllllll
a total of 4 pounds lost!!! ok not since surgery date hahha but for those of you who have read my posts you know i've like most of us this far out have regained some weight. i had set a goal for myself of losing 10 pounds by summer. please note i did not specify which summer...hehe but i'm only 6 pounds away from my goal.
i'm feeling very well. the LBS is doing good. other than some minor age pains. achey back excersize enduced sore legs and arms then add in the allergies arggggg I'm not doing too bad!
6 years ago i weighted almost 300 pounds today i weight 179. my lowest weight was 153 for a week. my weight i maintained for almost 4 years was 167 which is the weight that i count. so i had gained 16 pounds. with the 4 i've lost over thepast few months i've now got 12 more to get to my steady maintained weight. but the 10 that i'mcounting at takes me to 173. once i get to 172 i will enjoy that and then think about working on another new weight goal but i'm taking it slowly.

i lost the weight so quickly 6 years ago. I believe our bodies need to adjust to all of thost major changes that we threw at it.
my hair loss was unbelieveable. whenn it grew back it grew back a different color different texture and went from being straight to being mega curly! now it has adjusted back to a normal color and the curls are gone. i miss the curls.
would i do the surgery again? yes. do i plan on more surgery? no. only if it is medically needed. i'm done.
i like being normal weight for my height. i like being able to sit in chair and not over flowing. i like going into stores and buying off the rack. i like my size now much more than i liked my other size.
i can't wait til our 10th reunion!
