march 6
i've still got some time before my rebirthday.
i'm doing pretty good.
i am happy to say that when my anniversary date hits that if things keep going the way they are i might be closer to what i weighed the year before last than i did last year!
ok so not a big difference huh? hahaha your right!
but the scale is budgeing. its actually i hate to jinx myself saying this word....MOVING! I'm down 2 pounds,
whew.
2 whole pounds.
now listen here cause this is the big thing.
i'm thrilled with that 2 pounds.
why? its not like its 25 which is the amount i lost 2 weeks after surgery.
its not 35 the amount 4 weeks after surgery.
its not 125 the amount 8 months after surgery.
the reason why i'm happy is that its taken me 4 weeks to lose 2 pounds. thats what happens to normal peolpe!
normal people dont' lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks.
normal people have to work very hard to lose 2 pounds in 4 weeks.
i do not want to give up one once of that 2 pounds neither.
i stood in front of my mirror this morning front ways an side ways an i swear to god i saw a difference! hhahahha
then i got to thinking about how i didn't own a scale for many years. 2 weeks after my surgry when i stood on the scale the first time and the nurse said 25 pounds I made her do it again. inside i didn't beleive her. then i felt this warmth spread all through me. i had a small smile cause i thought maybe they were wrong but just in case i started to think maybe just maybe i would be smaller someday.
did the rest of you think you were the only one that this surgery wouldn't work for? I did. i'd tried everything you could think of and never lost more than 10 pounds that i would regain within a short time once i stopped doing whatever it was that had me lose that 10 pounds.
i'm blabbering on and on.
i lost 2 pounds.
deeeeep breath
whew

You have done so good! I'm proud of all the people that have lost their weight and kept it off. I know how hard it has been and you have worked constantly for 6 years to achieve your goal! Congradulations! Love ya, Judy
God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
