Just checking in. I'm still struggling, I feel awful. My back and feet are killing me. All because I've gained back so much weight back. I'm just feeling sorry for myself. Maybe next week I'll be back to trying to live my life again.

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.

Oh Judy Im so sorry your feeling down....please know we or I are here for you and Im just a message away if you just want to vent...your not alone. Things will look up, remember God never gives us more then we can handle...you will be in my thoughts and prayers...you'll be ok. Just try to think better days are ahead...some good, some bad, but every day is a good day even though sometimes we just dont see it or feel it., we will listen and try to help if I or we(Marchers), can. Try to be well my friend....your not alone, remember that.

Thanks Kimberly, I know when I'm feeling sorry for myself I can come to the March Board and y'all will know how I'm feeling. Today is a better day! Tomorrow will be even better, it's Friday!!!

Never give up, Judy. Never give up. The best gift you can give to yourself right now is stop blaming yourself! Just stop it! For every effect there is a cause ... I want to hear that you have made an appointment with your regular doctor and/or your WL surgeon. I want to hear that you are going to investigate what's going on with your pouch and/or stoma. I want to hear that you have gotten your blood worked up and that you know what your stats are in calcium, D, iron, and anything else that could be contributing to your issues. I want to hear that you are being pro-active and by process of elimination you are getting closer to the root of what's going on. Ok? In the meantime, keep coming here - we need you. I need you. Tomorrow is Monday and I am going to start over again. I have an appointment with my regular doctor in April. The last blood work in Oct. was good, so I know what the problem is, it's me eating the wrong stuff. I really appreciate my friends on here that always encourage me. I'll try to post what I eat next week on here and that will keep me accountable. Love ya. Judy
