its that time again
where does the time go???
almost 6 years for me at the end of the month.
i love this time of year cause everyone filters back stops in says hello its awesome. we get to see the old friends again.
right now i'm doing pretty good.
going to the gym 4 to 5 nights a week. the treadmill is my friend. HA! i hate excersizing but i'm plugging away. 3 of those nights after i work out i come home and lift weights. nothing drastic but after a couple of weeks now i'm feeling stronger. i just might go and buy the next heavier weights. which isn't much...i'm lifting 5 pounders right now. gee do they make a 5.5 pounder??
its over a week now without the atkins bar. i'm not missing them anymore. surprise surprise i'm living just fine without them. its over 5 weeks i think since the wheat thin crackers. i'm at the point where i think to myself how did they get a hold on me?
the scale budged slightly and hasnt' moved since.
maybe by my 6th anniversary i can say i've lost more than a budge???
