HI-Remember Me!!
Well I thought I would check in & let you know I am still alive. About 3 maybe 4 weeks ago I stopped taking all of my perscription drugs ( do not recommend this without Dr's approval) Mine
still does not know I did it. The good news is I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks
& feel sooooo much
better without the darn drugs. I was up to 8 they all had different side effects & the side effects are what was making everything worse. I am sleeping better, feel better & am eating a whole
lot less food without that stuff.
Now I go to a new Dr. in March & will have new labs done & see if there are any I might have to
go back on, but, I am not going back to 8 of them.
I haven't read on how everyone is doing yet, I hope all is good. Sorry i have been MIA will try to
check in more often.
I am also going to my local TOPS & that is helping with support I have never had any of.
Still Love the Marchers

HI Pammy
I am monitoring my BP on my own & it has dropped topretty good levels, where the BP drugs
were causing my BP to be out of control.
The Thyroid pills & antidpressants were causing the weight gain, as the thyroid pills were not
being obsorbed. Yes, I was concerned about going cold turkey off the antidepressants cause
of the horror stories. I am O.K.
I monitor my sugars & they run pretty darn good on the low-carb lifestyle I pretty much stick to
these days. I will have my AIC checked next month to make sure it is still O.K. that is the one that
can kick your but pretty quickly without much warning.
I am really trying to get back to the NO SUGAR rule, I should have never started. Some days are O.K, some are not.
Alll-in-all I feel much better. I'm hoping this new Doc will at least listen to me, the one I just left
was killing me softly with these meds. I was telling her for months we needed to change them.
She just kept addinf more of something. My body reacted badly. I took the challenge & so far am
very glad I did.
I still drink way too much coffee (my addiction of choice) but have cut that in half as well. I WILL GET below 200 lbs. I never did & have started re-adjusting my attitude.
Sorry this got so long winded. Just no I am keeping close eye on my health & will keep you
all better up to date.
