Accountability: Day #1

What I ate yesterday (how does this stack up to how you're eating? I guess I'm really not sure at this stage...)
6am, protein shake (with lite yogurt and 4 strawberries, plus protein powder)
10am, celery stalk w/peanut butter
Noon, leftover stir fry veggies and strip chicken, about a cup
3pm, clementine and hard boiled egg
8pm (getting home from the barn and I was starving), lite english muffin w/peanut butter, and a cup of sugar-free hot chocolate
During the day, I had a total of 5 pieces of sugar free candy (my own)
All my water and vitamins
Worked out (aerobic) on my lunch hour and worked out with Laela after work

I've gone 2 days at work without M&Ms or other candy.
I feel clearer in the head today.

You go girl!!!!!!!!!  I haven't touched sugar in over a week now and I feel less groggy and more energetic.  Sugar is poison for some of us.  I am tickled pink over this.  You are way on your way to kicking this terrible habit.  Working out and drinking your water.  You are such an inspiring person.  Love ya, Crissie
