Sugar

This part of an email I sent to one of my colleagues - all roads worth treading start with a singular step...
I need to share something of rather a personal nature with you. I am fighting what I believe to be a serious addiction to sugar, so please – no more candy! I really appreciate your kind gestures of sharing but I’ve got to get a handle on this. And I promise I won’t put you in the uncomfortable position of having to shoo me away from your desk! J I just wanted to let you know – and this is between you and me, ok? I’m really fighting this – thanks.

HI, I am still being soooo good.  It has been over a week now, I am weighing in the morning.  Got my fingers crossed.  That note is sweet and to the point, I really hope they will put up the sugar and help and support you.  I know I do.  Thanks for supporting me.  You don't need no sugar, honey.  'Cause you're sweet enough without it!
