valentines day
i bought two new dresses and can't decide which one to wear on valentines day!!! both are very cute.
now thye aren't the size 10 i was wearing when i was my skinny bad ass. hehehe but they are a size 14. they fit nicely. because i'm tall and i am distributed evenly i don't look as heavy as i think i am.
one of the dresses has a high waist black on the bottom with a bright bllue lacy top. it is belted very slimming. i think i'd be able to dance well in it. the down side is you can see (barely) my little tatto. got that when i turned 42 during the divorce. felt like such a rebel. hhehe i often forget it is there until i have a docs appointment or wear something alittle low that dips so someone sees and comments. i do not fit the picture of having tattos i look like a libraian. a fun one but still a libraian.
the other dress is a V neck not too low in a pretty navy print with a pretty bright green it is fitted and flows at the bottom a nice dress to swing dance in.
my boyfriend and i are going to a valentines dinner dance.
i'm coloring my hair thursday night getting the nails done friday and a pedi on saturday!
i'm looking forward to the dance we've not gone dancing in a while. we can't find anywhere that isn't filled with 21 year olds. while thats not a bad thing they don't always play the oldies we like.now im a beyonce fan and love to dance to her the boyfriend likes rock and roll thats good too again just haven't found aplace we can hang yet.
we use to go to one place that was alot of fun but they stopped having dj's and bands.
i think the black bottom blue top dress is going to win the valentines day dinner dance dress pic i like it best. i'll save the other for another time.
i love shopping. i love it best when i find something pretty that makes me feel thin. shopping is still alot of fun now that i can go into stores and find something off the rack usually.
i'm working at getting back to that smaller size and i will do it!
cause i am strong and tough! HAHAHA
