Protein???
Is anyone tracking their protein intake? How are you getting it all in? Even with my a.m. protein shake I come in today at 60 grams - it should be closer to 100 grams. So just wondering how you are getting the recommended amount of protein in?

most of what i eat is protein. nuts meats, chicken, beans, milk, cottage cheese stick cheese. greek yogurt lots and lots of protein.
i'm having a hard time getting the required water in. what are we suppose to do 8 glasses of 8oz? can't get past 6 or i'd float and sometimes it feels as if i'm going to float.
