today i cut back on some calories. nothing really major just knocked off about 200 of them nasty buggers. i switched a snack from one of m aktins protein bars that i love like thye are candy to a cheese stick and grapes. i shaved off 100 calories. i did that twice so i saved 200 calories. as you all know (cause i whine about it alot) i have to eat every 2 hours. but keeping the calories down is very hard. the atkins bars that i used are high protein no sugar and low sugar substitute plus they do not bother my LBS but they are 200 calories. they are easy for me with my job to just grab and drive to the next customer so finding something that would work as good that i iked as much was hard.
i missed those stupid bars! but i shaved off 200 calories!
thats what i'm focusing on shaving off that 200 calories.
thats a good thing right?
hey i just thought of something...i also SAVED money cause those cheese sticks and grapes were a whole lot cheaper!
did you know that seedless green grapes are very good for LBS and they aide in digestion?

I love chese and grapes, but I haven't been eating them lately.  :(  I try to stick with the food my coop gets and they haven't had grapes in a while.  As for cheese...  my diastolic blood pressure is really up.  We can't figure it out, but Doc thinks it is tied to salt intake.  I don't think so because I never salt my food, but I'm cutting out everything that has salt in it, just in case, and cheese is high in salt.  Dang!

Keep up the good work Pammie.  Baby steps.
