I'm sorry Maureen
I remember long ago responding to a post you wrote about your M&M habit and I said that it was not possble to have a true addiction to M&Ms. If you will allow, I would like to remove my head from my backside and apologize. Just read an article that cites a couple of studies and validates your M&M habit.

Sugar is addicting.

I don't remember you saying this so apology not accepted.
The addiction has intensified. I'm in real trouble. I've just found a psychologist in my area who specializes in eating disorders. I am hopeful that I've latched onto a lifeline. She's seems to be on top of her game. I really need the help.
Hope you're well, dear one. M.
