5 Day Pouch Test

Hi friends - just popping in to tell you I started the 5 Day Pouch Test yesterday with two women from the Main Board - I feel so much better today; and the scale shows a 5 lb. weight loss! And no candy! Yeay! Hope all is well in your worlds. Reenie

Hi Judy, go to this link to learn everything you need to know about it - I slipped up yesterday but am back on track - I really do feel so much better, lost a lot of the sliggishness and my pouch already feels tighter, a bit more restriction.
