For Judy and Anyone Else...
Like Judy, I wake up every morning committed to a healthy day; might help me to actually honor my commitment by starting to post my eating plan to the Board again, so here goes - please join me in "Buddy-up" :
TODAY I will NOT have candy of any sort.
TODAY I will eat three healthy meals consisting of protein, vegetables, and fruit
TODAY I will have two snacks: (1) celery w/PB; and (2) a Full Bar
TODAY I will work out for 45-60 minutes
TODAY I will take my vitamins and drink at least 64 ounces of water
TODAY I will take a few minutes to reflect on the blessings in my life and to think about what I can do to make this world a better place

Hi Judy, just know that you've got a friend here in Connecticut who is thinking good thoughts for you! I've done better these past two days, kicked up my workouts and eaten quite well, but I have not been able to stay away from the candy. Knowing you're in this with me today might be just what I need!
