Hip Hip Hooray!! Who'd ever thought a bodily function most folks find inconvenient could be so sought after?
In our Walmart the product is in with the vitamins & mineral supplement area. It's considered a bone health supplement. When you find it you may need to experiment to figure out how much to take - probably any where from 500 mg twice a day to 1000 mg twice a day.

If Walmart is out of the Spring Valley I'll also use the Nature Made Magnesium - the pills are a little chalky and a bit harder to swallow. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=1029152 2

Perhaps Ollie will be the start of all good things for me and mine - she will be coming home to us next Friday. I truly believe Sophie has led her to us, or us to her... is that too wierd??
