gym
ok dokey i bit the bullet and joined. i've gone now 3 times in the past 4 days. my legs are sore.
i have a trainer.
his name is matt.
he is 22.
he works out with this big heavy ball. i have no idea what its suppose to do for him but whatever it is its working cause that young boy has such a very nice body...
he stands and throws it as hard as he can at the floor while he is speedily bending - at the knees - to grab it, while he is also standing quickly up. it makes a LOUD POW. scared me half to dealth the first time i heard it.
he does this like 50 million times.
then while he is wiping the sweat off he walks around the gym.
thenhe does it all over again.
i was walking on the treadmill for half and hour and watched the show.
interesting.
at the end of my half hour while i was slowing down on the speed he finished up walking and wiping sweat and went into the room across from the treadmills. there he walked around in front of the wall of mirrors admiring his manly body.
he's got extra 6 pack muscles.
brought the cougar out in me.
HAHAHAHAHA
next week he is training me on the weight machines.
oh boy.
i'm working at this slowly cause i'm so scared that i'm going to have a LBS attack but so far so good which is really making me feel good about going.
the scale is not budging.
i tell you if all this excersize and the not eating anything other than healthy crap doesnt' make that scale move nothing will!
i have brought out my size 10 pants. I have one pair hanging in my bedroom the other in my kitchen.
I actually put them on. i squished into them and even got them buttoned and zipered.
but let me tell you i have a muffin top to end all muffin tops.
I remember when they were big...

keeping and reminding myself that i am doing the right things to help me be healthy. hopeing and praying that it all works and makes me healthy and that a side plus is that those size 10s will be used as nicely as they were last year again.
