Starting TOPS Next Week

Hi All
Yesterday  while waiting for my ultra-sound Ran into a couple of ladies
that run our local TOPS. I plan to join them next Thursday A.M. & give
it a try. I think if I have someone to be accountable to, I will stay
away from the crap & stay on track a lot better than I do on my own.
I think the face to face support will be a big help with me as well.
Will give you updates as I go along with this, Maybe I can get the rest of this
regain off in the process.
Won't have results from the pelvic ultra-sound till next week, in regards to the cysts.

Just in case you don't know Tops = Taking Pounds Off Sensibly - Kind of Like WW, but not as expensive & better support group type atmosphere.

I went to TOPS years ago and you're right about the support.  I really need to be accountable to some one. When you know somebody is going to be weighing you , you do better.  Good luck. Judy

 I did not get to the TOPS meeting today, as too many other appts. I will try next week
to get started.  Hey some good news fro me today from all these Dr. Appt.s The OBGYN I saw said the Pelvic Ultra Sound came back very good & no problems
aound or in the ovaries. The biopsy was done today on the cysts & will no about that
in about 10 days.
My BP was better today then it's been in months. So there is some good news out there!!

my younger sister who had wls a year before us has been going to TOPS for years.....she loves it...says its a great support system for her....I think you may enjoy it.
