I'm still doing good on the South Beach Diet.

B.  Egg w/onions, spinach, and cheese, 2 slices of Canadian Bacon and 3 celery sticks

S. 26 Almonds

L. Atkins meal replacement bar - 200 calories

S. Frozen Fruit Treat - 14 calories

D. Chicken w/ low fat cream of chicken soup and 1/2 corn bread muffin , 1/2 deviled egg, 1/2 cup pinto beans, tomatoes and onion.

S.  Atkins snack bar - 140 calories

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
