What I ate today
Thanks Pammy for joining me in posting what you ate.
I went to visit a cousin today that had WLS about 5 months ago and he's lost 107 pounds. He said he feels so good. I told him not to do like I have and start eating wrong stuff. I am going to check on him and try to help him.
Today I had:
B. 1 egg, with/ onions ,spinach and 1 tbsp. low fat cheese, 4 celery sticks and 2 slices of canadian bacon
L. Atkins meal replacement bar 200 calories
S. 22 Almonds
D. 3 oz, chicken w/ low fat cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of pinto beans. Tomato slices,
Onions slices
S. 14 calories frozen treat bar.
S. Atkins bar - 140 calories

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.

so far this morning i have had my egg whites low fat cheese and half wheat bread. yummm i also put in some ground flax seeds. they are very good for you. it gives the egg whites a nutty taste. they are something that takes a while to get use to but now i like them alot and cna't imagine not having them in my eggs.\
for snack i'mhaving my atkins bar i love the chocolate chip ones. they are perfect for me gives me the sweet that i crave makes me think i'm having chocolate and the sugar is 1 gram plus the sugar alchol that gives me tummy pains and flairs of LBS is only at 2 grams. i dont like the calories at 200 but the protein is 17 grams and i like them.
lunch will be cottage cheese with rainsins.
another snack will be a cheese stick with seedless grapes
i also have another sncak of banana with cheese stick
dinner is going to be tuna on half wheat with cheese melted on top. got to finish the can i opened!\
then the last snack will be another atkins bar or a lara bar those are good too there is 8 grams of sugar but it is sugar from the real fruit that are in them so it doens't flair the LBS. the calories are 140. i LOVE the cherry ones. they are all natural very good. i've got them all eating them at work!
