Beginning Monday
I went to my primary care doctor Friday and told her that my eye doctor said I had a macular leakage. She said this is common, but I need to really control my blood sugar. She put me on ANOTHER sugar pill! So , I'm going to really try to eat right!! I've done good for almost 3 weeks. Pammy , it looks like we are pretty much eating alike. It helps me when I post what I eat on here, so lets compare what we eat everyday and maybe we can do this! Marilyn, join us , and anybody else that wants to. Judy
God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
Heres what I ate today.
b. 2 egg whites, slice low fat cheese, 1/2 wheat bread
s. atikins bar
l. 4 oz low fat cottag cheese, raisins
s. cheese stick, 16 seedless grapes, 16 lo fat wheat thins
s. banana
d. 1/2 wheat break, 2 oz tuna, slice of low fat cheese mealted yummmm, sf apple sauce
s. atkins bar
calories totaled based on www.fitday.com 1450 i've still got a couple hundred saved for a night time snack. i'm to eat 1600-1800 a day. it seems like alot but when you spread it out eating every 2 to 3 hours it adds up fast. trying to come up with things that are low caloire but give me the protein and stuff i need and keep within the calorie range is hard. i'm losing very slowly and today i gained a pound but thats due to water weight. i hate water weight...
