Food.
Good Morning Everyone!
Today I am sitting here in sunny Connecticut. This week was my vacation and its been wonderful.
I went to the beach on wednesday. I'd not gone in almost 10 years. theres a reason for that and I rememered it this morning when i woke up with sun poisining. Oh well thank god I only went for 30 minutes instead of all day! my arms are pretty swollen at the elbows and its pretty ictchy but it will pass. It was so beautiful that day it smelled wonderful the sounds ahhhh I wanted to stay all afternoon but reminded myself not to go over board.
todays breakrfast was my usual
b. egg whites, ground flax seeds, slice of lo fat cheese
s. 20 seedless grapes with cheese stick
l. cottage cheese with rasins and some wheat thin crackers
s. banana & cheese stick
d unplanned at this pint might be tunafish.

of course all of this is subject to change depending on LBS and moods!
I'm doing good I've dropped 4 pounds in the past 3 weeks. thats fantastic for me conisdering my past history has been pretty much gain gain gain.
I'm walking about 3 to 4 nights a week and doing otehr excersizes inbetwen nights.
this week i'm very active with painting and cleaning and running around all over the place. not alot of time for relaxing!
i had a week of very bad nightmares that i think were due to what i had eaten before bedtime. with the LBS i'm to have a light snack before bed to avoid LBS drops during the night. I switched what i was snacking on and not had the bad dreams for almost a week.
they were pretty scarey. especailly for someone like me who usually has great dreams almost every night but these were horrifing. i've never had dreams like these before they would bother me during th daytime afterwards. LBS people are prone to bad dreams is what I had read.
Judy keep up the good work! You have helped me to stick with my eating plan.
Marilyn I remind myself how you walk in that awful heat so it helps me with that too!

you've got a good heart marilyn to help that poor lost soul try to get her life in order. your right you can only help so much then she has got to do some for her self too.
I weighed in at 179 this morning I was so excited. I've not seen 179 in months. I had to go out and buy a couple of pair of pants for work caus emy size 10's didn' tfit anymore. i'm hoping if I can drop 6 more that will get me to 173 and i should be able to wear some of my old clothes again.
every morning when i get on the scale i say i am not 280 i am 179. its working i'm not seeing the larger number anymore. my brain has been a hard nut to crack with the numbers. i kept seeing the 200's when i wasn't weighing that!
i do not like th heat i do not know how you deal with it. but then again i hate the winter snow too! i've got to find someplacewith weather that is comfy year round.
