Doctor's appointment!
Well, I now have another reason to eat RIGHT!! I went to my eye doctor Friday for a regular check up. He asked how my sugar levels were and I told him I go back to my Doctor on July 30 to get my A1C checked and he said to come back to him in a month and let him know what it is. He said I have a Macular Leakage. I never head of it. So for sure now I am trying to eat right. The South Beach Diet is good for diabetes. Have either one of you ever heard of this? Well, what can I say, OLD age ain't fun.

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
I say good thing your eatihg right and excersiing! glad to hear your going to the doctor and keep up with your eye doc appointments too.
I had gotten new glasses back when i was in the middle of the LBS nigthmare. Now they are useless to me becuase I can not see out of them. they worked ok the first few weeks when my eyes had gottne bad. but now that i'm in a good place my old glasses work better.
