South Beach Diet

I've been on the South Beach Diet for 4 days!! It feels like I'm cheating.
Today I had:

1Slice of Canadia Bacon
1 Egg with spinach, onions and 1 tbsp. of low fat cheese

15 Almonds

Salad with 2 cups of lettuce, tomato, onion,  2 oz. ham, 1 Tbsp. walnuts 15 almonds , 2 tbsp. black beays and low fat dressing

120 calorie Atkins protein bar

200 calorie Atkins meal replacement protein bar and celery sticks

Sugar free fudge cycle.

I was supposed to drink 2 cups of milk , but I didn't.

i'll update tonight after the day is completed! i'm stressed. too many peoploe want my attention on my day off when all i wnat to do is sit and relax.

Next time you have a day offf, don't tell anybody!! Just stay in the house and don't come out!! I'm like a hermit, when I'm at home in the summer I stay up late, like till 2 of 3 A.M. then I sleep till 10 or 11, then I get up and Charles and I go some where.He goes to bed about 9 and gets up at 4:45 year round. He doesn't have chickens now , so he could sleep, but he'll still get up early and go to a little cafe in a town 4 miles away and eat breakfast with his buddies. When I work , he follows ,me to school and makes sure I get inside ( I'm the first one to get to school and I go in the back door and he's afraid something will get me!! ) then he goes ane eats with his buddies.

I didn't call anyone bac****il late in the day. I wanted to do what I wanted to do and I didn't want to talk to anyone that might want me to do something else! How totally selfish!!!
but it felt great.
Cell phones are a wonder and can be such a help especailly in emergencies. the down side is that people know you usually have it with you and figure why isn't she answering the phone? well if it was a house phone and i wasn't home i wouldn't be able to answr it now would i? so just becvasue i have a phone with me doesn't mean that I'mnot busy and can not talk. I refuse to be one of those rude people who yak yak yak in line at grocery stores just because they feel they need or have to answer the cell each and every time it rings. Plus i do not want to hear about their personal lives and i sure as hell do not want to share mine! thats why we call it personal right?
Ayways I had a great day. I slept late, took my shower late. ate breakfast late. played on the computer and relaxed. then my daughter an i went to a local mall. I needed to get my youngest son a birthday gift. the baby is going to be 30 this week! we are tyring to plan a surprise party for him.
then i got home stopped at the market and played with my animal babies. I also went to the 645 pm movie to see transformers. it was very good. all during this time i have 5 phone calls. after i got out of the theatre i called the boyfriend back the rest of my friends i didn't think would want me to callthem after 10pm so i'll catch up with them today.
i did not feel guilty at all. there are times that i've contacted my friends and for some reason maybe they needed a alone time they didn't answer so can i!
ahhhh today is another relaxing day. tonight is fireworks i'm going with the boyfriend then tomnorrow is cleaning & laundry day!
this week at work will be crazy cause the next week I am off. i'm going to finally finish my upstairs bathroom, go to the beach and relax. i've also got a day put aside for my oldest son and his wife we are going to the mystic seaport and another day is put aside for my daughter. i'm sure by the end of the week i will be very ready to go back to work!
