Bill is home with me....he came home yesteday afternoon....so far so good...just taking it easy  and doing well, he even had his lunch on the deck today and he's sleeping like a baby now. We have a million of appointments coming up..rehab therapy and heart monitering,Cat Scans etc..... but he seems do be doing good and Im keeping his BP down. He seems alot more relaxed and in very good spirits just being out of the hospital. The surgeon says when he heals up more, then we will consider a less envasive surgery, might be able to do a stint at a lower point of the tear and a angio to open the artery so blood will flow to the right area for his leg pain......Im being optimistic that all will be fine. He's definatly not out of it yet but making improvements, walking farther, more steady and positive mind frame and BP seems to be holding at a steady low. I think the meds are finally adjusted right. Keep your fingers crossed and prayers coming its going to be a long road but I think we may make it. I hope.

And everyone....Thank you from my heart...I do appreciate everyones kinds words and prayers for my husband and also helping me stay sane.
Thank you....

kim i'm so happy to hear the good news!
isn't it amazing how this surgery has brought us all together? we have "family" we're not related to and we'd never met who mean so much to us.

Yeah! Yippee! And I think I called your husband "Steve" in one of my other posts - sorry Bill! Take good care of each other. Love ya, Maureen

Very Good Indeed!! Take a day at a time & sometimes just minute at a time & he will be back to normal very soon. Don't forget to rest along the way, too
so you can take care of him during his recoup stage.
I am sure he will keep relaxed lots better at home than the dumb hospital. They are
good to apoint then time to get home & your own bed.
