low blood sugar points to ponder

i've been learning so much about this low blood sugar its enough to make ya sick! pardon the pun..,.
did you know that part of this wonderful thing is anxiety? oh great! like I don't already worry constantly as it is about everything and have since I was a little kid! Now I can also add to it that I frequently get anixety attacks! I'm coping but not liking this more and more.
I'm holding my weight which is very difficult becasue i have to eat every 2 hours of suffer the drop in low blood sugar. its one of the things that has to be delt with along with being sure i constantly have food with me where ever i go.
you'd think that wouldn't be that bad now would it? well figure that you've just gone out to dinner eat what you were suppose to then went dancing. Can't have any alchol cause that can help to create an episode but hey i've3 never been a drinker so i can't say i miss that but how many people do you know go to a dance club have a big glass of water then pull out a protein bar? then dance a couple of dances - can't do to many of those cause Oh yea can bring on an episode BUT I need to excersize both for my health and it helps the LBS(low blood sugar)
Then before I go to bed I have to have another snack.
I eat more now than I ever did!
Now if you think about itl...l.lPlease note the sarcasm......isn't it ironic? (quote that song by jewel) Yes Isn't it ironic that I use to eat too much so I had to have sugery to makie my tummy smaller to stop me from over eating and now i have this LBS and NOW have to eat almost continulally to heal and get back to normal? arrrggggg

Let me tell ya its hard enough almost 5 years out to keep my weight where it is let alone now having to eat all the time.
My doc is great though she has me eating well a good mixture of good carbs, protein, vegis and fruits. certain ones of each cause there are things in regular food that can set you off with the LBS.
Ok enoughfor now time to go get ready for work and take my vitamins and homeopathic remedys!

Welp...only thing I can think of is Damned if you do...Damned if you dont..... but hang in there your doing fine and have a great attitude...enjoy your day and this nice weather!

Pammy Even if you are eating every 2 hours & you are eating healthier than before surgery you are gaining knowledge & that is the best thing. Keep it up!! Better than
how you were feekubg awhile back, Right!!

thank you marilyn your right i do feel better than i did even a month ago. i feel fantastic compared to last october. and your right again i will continue to feel better as long as i continue to do wha tmy doctor says to do.
sometimes i do get alittle down cause i've gained weight. but you know what bothers me more than the weight gain? the weight gain isn't that much its the size gain. iv'e gone up 2 sizes.
granted its no were near what i use to wear in size but it does make me sad when i go to get dressed in the morning.
i do believe from what i've heard that once i get the LBS under control then i can work on the weight loss.
it should go hand in hand becase of the eating better and healthier.
whew its not been fun.
i do know its not as bad as what alot of my fellow marchers are going through so i do feel guilty for even complaining.
but what i really love about this bnoard is that we are acepted and allowed to complain when we really can't at home!
