What's For Lunch?
Hi all, I'm going back to posting my daily food intake, I was doing much better when I did that because I held myself accountable to what I said I would eat for the day. My lunch was really good today! Tofu and spinach! My husband made it last night and we both took a portion for lunch today - very hot, yummy, satisfying - for those of you not well versed with the Magic of Tofu - very, very high in protein and nutrients, very low in calories, and it takes on the flavor of whatever it's cooked with. Jim sauteed it with fresh spinach in a olive oil spray and added some spices. Delicious! Hope your day is going well, tell us what you're eating today...
B: protein shake (my usual, w/ 80 cal. yogurt and 3 fresh strawberries) 190 cal.
S: celery stalk w/ PB 120 cal.
L: spinach and tofu sautee 200 cal.
S: small handful grapes 55 cal.
D: 2 egg omelette w/ peppers 150 cal.
Total cals. = 715 (I guestimating - if anyone else wants to have a crack at this, I'm grateful!)
For exercise, I'm going to do my 400 stairs, and ride my pony! Your turn!!!

Had a atkins protein bar for Breakfast
1 1/2 chicken enchilada (did not eat the rice & beans that came with it) for Lunch
Dinner was Gilled Cheese Sandwich on Whole Grain bread
Lots of coffee during the day
32 oz. water (which is more than I have been drinking)
Vitamins & meds
I also had 3 oreo's & 4 oz. milk (Bad girl)
Don't count calories so don't have a clue where I stand. Know I should, but just don;'t
