Hi Yvette - how wonderful to "see" you again! Honey, you've kept more than 100 lbs. off in 5 years! That's amazing success! Oh, if I could give you any gift in the world it would be to not let you be so hard on yourself! If you are committed to maintaining your weight loss, that's an incredible gift you give to yourself! Just embrace each new day, Yvette - isn't it marvelous that we are given a new day, every day, to take care of ourselves, our loved ones, our worlds??? What a blessing! What we must reconcile is the fact that what we do with each day is solely up to the choices we make - for ourselves, our loved ones, our world. Just start each day by loving yourself, doing good for yourself. No matter how small the gesture, it will be meaningful in terms of the way you are then able to give yourself away in the context of your world and the way you live in it - go out and touch people's lives, Yvette. They will in turn give back to you. I'm so happy to see you again. Be well, my friend. Maureen
