stuck

sooooo whenever i think my pouch doesn't work anymore is right when soemthing gets stuck just to show me it is still trying to do its job!
today i have been feeling great! totally lazy relaxed sat in my jammies all day! with the snow they are predicting i just might stay in them tomorrow too!
after my nap i decided to have a weigh****chers pizza for dinner. followed the directions and took a big bite. chewed it but too quickly and it got stuck!
remember the waves of pain and feelings of going to vomit almost 5 years ago? well it all came back in a heart beat!
took a while but it finally passed its way too through the pouch!
ahhhh
what a way to remember....

Ahhhhh such memories.....it is amazing how just when you think your pouch is back to normal pre-wls...bam, its lets you know again. But thats a good thing!
Hey enjoy that snow Im sending it up your way...we"ve got about 8-9 inches on the ground now and its still coming down...I LOVE IT!!! and my dogs are having a field day, racing all around the property like a pack of crazy wolves....

Yup, every now & then we do get reminders. Too bad they are not as often as before,
we would all be where we would like to be!!;
