i'm off to my first yoga class. i'm scared!
i'm scared becasue i've not excersized in 6 months since the low blood sugar went nutty. when i get nervous or upset or do alot of excersize it use to set off another episode of low blood sugar crap.
so i think you all know now why i'm scared!
but i'm doing better. not 100% but better. i need to excersize. my doctors all tell me but the fears are what is holding me back.
i did go to the gym and plan on joining when the income tax comes in. my coach there was good and understood the low blood sugar thing. i hope the yoga instructor does.
well i can not live my life becasue of fears. i need to prepare myself so if something does happen i have near me what i need. then i need to get up and work out.
i'm scared.
can i get prayers and hugs pleaseeeee?
i'll let you all know how i make out.

I'm also sore and going to bed!
