I'm just checking in, I have done  good Monday and Tuesday.

Monday
Special K Cereal and 1% milk

2 oz Tuna and Salad

140 Calorie Atkins Protien Bar

Onion soup

Protien Bar

Tuesday
Special K Cereal and 1% milk

2 oz Tuna and Salad and  a Tangelo

Atkins Protein Bar

3 oz Chicken and Green Beans and Salad

Graham Crackers

Okay ladies, I need for y'all to check in, too!!   Judy

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.

hi judy your doing wonderfully! how much weight have you lost now since you've been keeping track?
i'm doing good. I'm feeling much better. I hadn't had an episode in a couple of weeks and had one yesterday. it was due to a couple of different things., one was that i had a big bowl of watermelon loaded with sugar it would have been ok but it was a busy day for me and i had just sold a great account. i was so excited that combined with that excitement along with the big bowl of watermelon my blood sugar spiked then crashed., ouch! but it all got back to normal withint a short time.
i've been lurking and reading haven't posted because i'm back to work this week. boy did i forget how tired you can get working 8 hours! hahaha

You are such an inspiration Judy!!! :)  You are doing so darned well!!!!  I'm so excited for you. I've been thinking of you and trying to do well with my eating choices. I have been doing alright.

yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 light yogurt
Lunch: weigh****chers sandwich
snack: pretzels (too carby but i was soooo hungry and didn't have a protein bar on me)
Dinner: Meatloaf, a little coleslaw and potato salad green beans. BAD but I didn't eat much of it before I was stuffed so I'm sure it wasn't too many calories. 
Snack: Some pumpkin seeds. 
Didn't do any protein shakes I ran out. Have to re-stock.

Today:
Breakfast: 1 light yogurt; 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon. (was hungry)
Snack: strawberries
Lunch: gumbo soup. 
Dinner: not sure yet. I think I'll probably get 2 tacos from the fresca menu at taco bell They are 150 calories each. 
Snack: probably pumpkin seeds :) 

I lost 7 pounds but haven't lost anymore yet. I need to make a few better choices I think. Cut out any bacon, it's just too fatty. I know I should start loosing if I get to exercising! I just can't put off going to the gym anymore.

Watermelon... I remember when I first had my surgery I though****ermelon was the food of the Gods!!!! It was heaven on earth. Now its just back to watermelon. LOL!  if I just cut out all my sugar intake it would mabye turn into food of the gods again for me. lol... I have severely cut down on my sugar though. It's a rare treat now. I have been buying sugar free chocolates in case I cave. It's been helping.

hahaha... i couldn't figure out why the heck they **** my words until I wrote it out and found the hidden bad word... I cracked up... too funny...   use the 'T' from thought and then use 'wat' from watermelon... hhahaha... good grief!  too funny.

i've become addicted to the atkins bars. they are my preferred thing to grab and eat when the blood sugar rears its ugly head. they have way to many calories in them but theres good protein and theres good carbs not alot.
i wish i could find something that was as filling with out the calories that would last with the blood sugar stuff. oh well its all just a hunt and search for that.
