God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
i'm doing good. I'm feeling much better. I hadn't had an episode in a couple of weeks and had one yesterday. it was due to a couple of different things., one was that i had a big bowl of watermelon loaded with sugar it would have been ok but it was a busy day for me and i had just sold a great account. i was so excited that combined with that excitement along with the big bowl of watermelon my blood sugar spiked then crashed., ouch! but it all got back to normal withint a short time.
i've been lurking and reading haven't posted because i'm back to work this week. boy did i forget how tired you can get working 8 hours! hahaha

You are such an inspiration Judy!!! :) You are doing so darned well!!!! I'm so excited for you. I've been thinking of you and trying to do well with my eating choices. I have been doing alright.
yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 light yogurt
Lunch: weigh****chers sandwich
snack: pretzels (too carby but i was soooo hungry and didn't have a protein bar on me)
Dinner: Meatloaf, a little coleslaw and potato salad green beans. BAD but I didn't eat much of it before I was stuffed so I'm sure it wasn't too many calories.
Snack: Some pumpkin seeds.
Didn't do any protein shakes I ran out. Have to re-stock.
Today:
Breakfast: 1 light yogurt; 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon. (was hungry)
Snack: strawberries
Lunch: gumbo soup.
Dinner: not sure yet. I think I'll probably get 2 tacos from the fresca menu at taco bell They are 150 calories each.
Snack: probably pumpkin seeds :)
I lost 7 pounds but haven't lost anymore yet. I need to make a few better choices I think. Cut out any bacon, it's just too fatty. I know I should start loosing if I get to exercising! I just can't put off going to the gym anymore.

i wish i could find something that was as filling with out the calories that would last with the blood sugar stuff. oh well its all just a hunt and search for that.
