Friday Check in!
Well I am down 7 pounds! Which is good. Now I just have to keep on going!!!
Today I have had:
Breakfast: 2 low fat turkey patties & decaf coffee with milk and splenda
Lunch: Caribbean soup (its spicy and sortof like gumbo)
Dinner: Not too sure...most likely 2 tacos... Taco bell has these fresco tacos that are 150 calories each! And they are sooo yummy. I had 3 yesterday for dinner. They were sooo good I felt like I was cheating. I thought...450 calories for dinner and im totally beyond full and feel like i've cheated when I havent... man... can't go wrong there :)
Snack: pumpkin seeds and a banana most likely. Oh and my protein drink! :)
