Vit D deficancy and tooth decay....
Ladies Ladies Ladies....you all know I worked in the dental field for over 20 something years...I have never in my life seen such quick tooth decay....Ive narrowed the main cause down to lack of Vit D...Vit D deficancy...six months ago I had no cavities....today 6 huge ones which have developed in such a short time frame that its totally amazing. I dont drink sodas...very very little candy and practically no sugar at all,. I floss and brush regularly. So the only culprit is the lack of Vit D that could be causing this at such a rapid speed. Oh man this sucks...anyway what Im saying is take your Vit D (extra) and get your teeth checked out....stuff could be going on and you might not even be aware of it.

My vitamin D was low too my homepothic doc gave me a stronger daily dose. it wasn't critical but wans' twaht it shoudl be.
I've always had problems with teeth. of course Im at an age before floride. when i was in elementary school they did start having a local dentist come in to do cleanings and they did treatments then that did help. my mother was very good for the time period and due to her having major issues with mouth and teeth. she made us go to the dentist and i credit her for me having most of my own teeth. if it was up to me i'd have them all pulled and get a nice white set of fake ones! thats cause i'm afriad of the dentist.
i've not had anything unusally different since the surgery with teeth. just the usual in fact i thought maybe mine were better not as many problems cause of all the milk and calcium i'm getting.
i remember before novacaine! when i was a kid i had a dentist who gave you gas for fillings or extractions! novocaine is my friend.

well it just really amazed me at the rate in which it is happening...I did speak to a few old colleages over at the VA and U of MD dental school and they have seen it but usually in severe deficiant patients...so its not unheard of. I knew I was very very low on my D but the effect is astounding. Ive got to get the big D up!
