Special K high Protein Cereal & 2% milk
3 oz Chicken & green beans
1/2 cup cottage cheese with blueberies
3 oz Tuna and Salad
2 Graham Cracker & 1 teaspoon PNB
I have been doing good on this, I think , because I know I'm not doing it just to lose weigh, but I'm doing it to live and have a better quality life. I'm only going to weigh once a week.

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.

I am not even going to post anythign for the weekend. It wasn't so bad, but I had 2 cannolis which is VERY bad. but thats about it as far as bad things go. The rest was ok.
Today:
Breakfast:
Protein shake (Muscle milk.) I think that is my very favorite. It tastes sooo good. It has 220 calories 21 grams of protein and 5 grams of sugar.
1 low fat turkey patty
Lunch:
Chicken noodle soup. Protein drink.
Snack:
1 low fat turkey patty
Dinner:
Not sure. (sigh).
I haven't weighed myself yet, I think I'm going to wait until the end of the week to do that. I'm going to try very hard this week. gotta buy some more protein drinks too.
