The New You Radio Show

Hi everyone - I don't really know anything about this show but I will be a guest on it tonight (8pm EST, 5pm on the west coast); it's produced and hosted by the motivational coach, Jeff Cadwell, who is a WLS post-op and works a lot within the industry. I guess we'll talk together a bit on the air and then there will be an opportunity for phone-in questions. Just wanted you to know. (The invitation to appear on his show came about from reading the column I write in WLSLifestyles Magazine.) I hope you're having a good day - I'm really trying to work through my sadness ... Hi Kim, this is what I know (although I've never actually listened to the show).  You access the radio program via your computer, the internet.  Go to: thenewyouradioshow.com
You click on the button, "Listen" - this will take you to a new link, "blogtalkradio" - and from there you should be able to listen to the show and even call in if you want to - and while I'm on the air, I would love to hear from any of our Marchers... 5pm west coast; 8pm east coast.
