I almost went to that show instead this weekend but didnt feel like driving to Balt...so this weekend its on!
Edited to add---- GOT MY TICKETS!!!!!! ...Ill let you know Sunday how I liked it.....

Breakfast- coffee w/splends,ff creamer, instant peach oatmeal w/grapenuts and scoop of vanilla protein powder mixed with water
Snack- a glass of diet cranberry juice...good stuff
Lunch- leftover pork and sourkrought...I made a big crockpot full yesterday , should be sick of it soon
Dinner- 2 chicken wings, a bite or 2 of coleslaw, 1 potatoe wedge,water
Snack- diet gingerale...havent had that in about a year now I know why the bubbles are killing me lol...might have a slice of cheese shortly or a banana
All my vitamins and more water, the usual situps and took one of my dogs for a nice walk...brrrrrr
Looking back over this I didnt eat alot, must be my noneating day. I go like that somedays a ton others not much...its like every other day,....crazy

Iced coffee shake (with skim milk) on the way to work
B/S - 1/2 bagel w/ whipped cream cheese
lunch - romaine salad w/ chicken, bacon bits, cheese, artichoke hearts, black olives
afternoon snack - 4 oz light vanilla yogurt with no sugar added sliced strawberries
after workout snac****d coffee protein shake (all water . no skim milk)
dinner - table spoon potato salad and deli roast beef
snack - SB peanut butter cereal bar
didn't get out of bed to do my a.m. workout so I did my stomping (walk away the pounds) when I got home after work.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
