Sad

I finally was able to come to the board to check in and see how everyone is and found drama, drama, drama.  It makes me sad.  Sadder than I already was.  My dog died today.

Im sooooo sorry for your loss I know words can not make the hurt your feeling go away...they are family...if it helps know your dog loved you and is probably running around now in the big place chasing rabbits on a sunny day, having a blast. Your baby is at peace....try to be well...Ill be thinking of you and say a prayer for you and your precious dog.

"To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream, not only plan, but also believe"  ----"Anatole France"

"Joyously grasp the ties that bind you, for they lead straight to the heart"---"Wm."

Connie,

I understand how you feel about your best friend passing. My heart aches and goes out to you.

I've been down today too. I am going to a wake for a good friend who passed last thursday,. she was only 63. the cancer that she had fought and won 5 years ago came back without anyone knowing until it was too late. I saw her in october and she was doing good,. we talked about how we would get together after the holidays i never thought we'd be getting together like this.

Its things that like that make us realize what is important in life.

Your in my prayers Pam

The drama also makes me sad, as I feel I was the brunt of it.

But the important thng is that I am so sorry for your loss.  It makes me sad that you lost your friend...sadder than any drama I find on this site.  Take care of yourself.

((( Connie )))

I am so sorry for your loss.

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

connie...special hugs to you..i have known that sadness about a family furbaby....

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Dear, dear Connie - I can only hope that you're resting and taking care of yourself through this very difficult time. When I lost Sophie more than a year ago, something that helped me cope was this: I bought a heart-shaped silver locket and put a bit of her fur in it.  I still wear that locket whenever I need to - it helps. You will find your own way to help you through missing your beloved Peabody. I'm thinking of you - you've been through so much. Love and hugs, Maureen
