my little dog is a 5 pound pomerian who i adore. she is 8 years old and has developed a bad cough. the doctor has her on meds for life for a lung problem she sounds like my mother. she could still live a long time with it.
she takes her pills pretty good every morning and at night.
she rarely has a indoor mistake but if she does she'll do it on my tile floor at the top of my stairs. i'm not thrilled with the mistake but if she has to pick a place i'd rather it be on the tiles. much easier to clean than carpet!
so what will happen is i'll take her outside she'll go but not complete her function without telling me of course. so i figure ok she's done as she races towards the house. we come in i go feed the birds and she runs up the stairs. now just casue she runs up the stairs doens't mean she's heading that way to lay her treasure. No she usually runs up the stairs to pick on Lily her cat sister.
so this past week I head up those stairs with paulie the wonderbird on my arm. As I get to the top of the stairs what do I find but Charlies treasure. arggggg
I shake my head suck on my teeth and Paulie the wonder bird says "Dam dog"
its like he is reading my mind. hahahaha

I miss my kitties ... Poncho went Nov 11 2 years ago, and Lefty last summer.   We have agreed we will get two more kitties, but it's not time yet.

Pammie, I always love your Paulie stories !!

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
