what i ate today..
ok so today I had
Breakfast:
2 small turkey patties low fat
Light Vanilla Yogurt (not sugar free ran out have to get more had too much sugar 11 grams I could feel it now im hungrier than I want to be!!)
Coffee (decaf) milk
lunch I had a cup of chili and an apple
Dinner. Protein drink and not sure... probably chicken cesar salad or something like that. :)
snack will be sugar free candy or some beef jerky oh or celery with a little cream cheese!

today Ive had:
cup of coffee/splenda...I know Im broing in the mornings lol
open face cornbeef sandwich with swiss cheese and spicy brown mustard and about 1/4 cup if that of left over potatoe salad and water
snack- 2 hot wings
water water water...im on a water kick today
dinner I made some homemade stew I got cooking in the crockpot...beef,carrots,corn,onions,peas,mushrooms, potatoes, and I dont remember if I put green beans in it or not lol
I may have a banana tonight...I got some gorgeous ones last night at the store...I will have one lol
and ahhh lets see....all my vitamins, and Ive sat on my butt allday...no exercise at all...Ill make up for it tomorrow...thats it.

b. egg with cheese and one slice low fat raisn toast
s. 4 oz cottage cheese with blueberries yummm
s. hungry long meeting - banana with cheese stick
l. messed up cause of customers didn't eat on my regualr schedule gave me the shakes rotten LBS - 2 oz roast beef slice of whole wheat bread teeny tiny package of rasins
s. not a good day schedle off whack LBS letting me know who's boss - cheese stick 8 low fat wheat thins
stopped to have hair cut ate a atkins protein bar hair looks TERRIBLE they cut it way to short. arggggggg
supper is a lean cuisine dinner at 7:30 way to late for me to be eating dinner.
the hair is upsetting. i thik i' mgoing to go color it maybe if i die it no one will notice how nasty short it looks. it is so short it makes my turkey gobbler of a chin stick out big time.
on the way to wor****d coffee protein shake (made with 8 oz of skim milk for the extra protein)
9:30-ish snack - Kashi oatmeal
lunch - salad w/ diced smoked turkey lunchmeat, shredded cheese, bacon bits, artichoke pieces, black olives
mid afternoon snack - 4 oz light vanilla yogurt mixed with sliced strawberries
snack at home - iced coffee protein shake (not with skim milk)
dinner - cup of left over beef stew
no choc chip cookies BUT did have two glasses of Merlot over the course of the evening instead.

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
