Special BAD recipe for Elizabeth....
Potatoe Candy
potatoe-1 medium/lrg.
vanilla extract- 1 Tbsp
powdered sugar -1 bag or more
peanutbutter- a blob, 1/2 to 1 cup
boil one good size potatoe like for mashed potatoes,
mu**** all up in a bigbowl, add vanilla...slowly start to add powdered sugar, first it will be real gooky messy but keep adding more powdered sugar in till it gets to be like a pizza dough consistancy..it takes alot of powdered sugar. Alright when you get to that point...lay out some wax paper and lightly dust it with powdered sugar then flop your dough on it and roll it out just like a pizza dough....next spread a nice even coat of peanut butter ontop of the rolled out dough. Next at one end begin to roll it up like a big old log...put in refridgerator for about 30 mins the slice in small bite size pieces from the end...it looks real pretty and taste really good but you need about a jug of milk to go with it! LOL...Ive added melted chocolate and peanut butter and also bananas and peanut butter they are both good too.
Now the ultimate secrect family recipe...Chineese Candy...this is killer...very very good!
Chineese Candy
1 bag of chow-mein noodles, maybe little less...
1 bag of butterscotch chips
1/2 medium size jar of peanut butter or about a cup-cup and 1/2
1/2 bag of mini marshmellows
In a double boilerpan on med/high melt your peanut butter and butterscotch chips till nice and creamy....next reduce your heat to med/low and begin to add chow mein noodles, then add in your marshmellows(try not to let the marshmellows melt completely)but let melt some...after all ingrediants are combined...take out medium scoops and put on a cookie tray or pan lined with wax paper and place in the refridgerater....let cool about 45 minutes...and eat them all....this is sooo good, everyone who has tried this begs for the Secret Recipe ...but you got it...so guard it with your life! LOL
Both or these are very easy but really taste awesome...they are not diet or WLS friendly at all so BEWARE!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
