My menu:
Spiral baked ham with brown sugar and pinapple topping
turkey
gravy/stuffing/cranberries
mashed potatoes
green bean cassarol
sweet potatoes/marshmellow topping
develed eggs
suacatash sp?? suck a tash lol.. that works
rolls/butter
orange stuff
apple crisp
pumpkin pie w/cool whip
chineese candy
potatoe candy various types
oatmeal chocolatechip cookies
and plenty of boooze...ahhh time to relax!!!!

Ahh forgot to add sweet italian sausages with onion,greenpeppers and stewed tomatoes and a million dips(crab dip YUMMMM) and cheeses...yep Im stuffed! now one more before bed, I should be two sheets to the wind when I finish LOL...gotta love holidays!

We had on Christmas Eve... (No red meat or meats) just seafood:
Scallops
Crab cakes
coleslaw
Shrimp
Green bean caserole
Corn Pudding
carrot dish (its like yams with the marshmallow and brown sugar but with carrots in a slow cooker) it was really really good!
Pasta Salad
Stuffed Cod (not sure what it was stuffed with I think imitation crab and aunt brought it) it was ok. Think it was from Schwans.
hmmm....what else....orange slice cake, friendship cake, PB kiss cookies (w/the hershey kiss in the middle) fudge, and chocolates. and wine. lol...
Christmas morning was the fresh ham... yuuummm..... lol... and leftovers.
