An oldie  but goodie....

Hot Crab Dip

2 8oz. packets of Philly light cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cup of Hellmans light mayonaise
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp of Olde Bay Crab seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. can of backfin crab meat
2 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded sharp/chedder cheese
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Let cream cheese soften at room temp., when softened mix cream cheese, mayonaise, milk, worcestershire sauce, crab seasoning, salt and pepper all together very good until smooth. Slowly fold in crab meat to mixture. In a medium shallow casserol or baking dish add mixture. Add shredded sharp/chedder cheese, then almonds to top of mixture. Bake approximatly 25- 30 minutes or until all bubbly at 350 degrees. Serve on various crackers or toasted garlic bread.

This dip is AWESOME....enjoy!!!!!

***This recipe is for a double batch should feed approx. 15+ people very well. For a family of 6 cut recipe in half, it should be ample.
