French women....
Heres what I saw, this was awhile back on a TV show not sure which one maybe Oprah or something like that.....there were these few french ladies from overseas, all nicely shaped, some older, some younger....they explained it like this....we eat... we dont deprive ourselves...what we do, do is instead of eating a ton we have "THREE BITES", of what we want or are craving. This way they explained it, is after three bites the urge is gone, they got their fix, their taste, their craving and still were quit satisfied. Ive tried it and I actually agree, for me it seems to work....taste,texture and guilt all gone in a miesly three bites. And I feel like Ive not missed a thing and feel good. Also by the limitation you arent going to gain alot of weight and or less likely to really binge on a ton of junk. Anyway thought Ide share this, might be worth a shot for some of you, just a thought.

Three bites and your satisfied??? ok Kimberly! can i jump in your body for christmas eve dinner??? that would rock.
Man oh man i wish that were true for me!!!! 3 bites and im like... "where the heck is the rest??"
Europe is so different. My husband is portugese and ive been over there in luxemborg and visited france. they dont have fast food restaurants like we do...they arent CONSUMED by the media and the way they press food on you...its just...different. People know how to eat properly. People grab the fruit and not the "fritos" you dont see convenience stores on every single corner and mcdonalds next to the wendys which is right next to fridays and the macaroni grille and then next to red lobster and burger king and every other restaurant that is lined up down the road. The US is just obsessed with food. Hence my issue I suppose. lol...
BUT sometimes if I'm eating dinner.... thats different... 3 bites well maybe 5 or 6 bites and im pretty good to go. I just wish i were like that with the bad stuff...
But then again ... other days I can eat the whole dinner plate no problem!!! desserts... forget about it... i just gotta stay away.
