however- i am "holding"
i get weighed twice a week on plasma donation day--pretty much same time of day same clothes same shoes .....and yesterday-drum rolllllll.....
i lost 2 # --after thanksgiving!!!!!
ok in the scheme- it's nothing but i'm excited!

I have gained over the last three months, but so far this week I've not had any sugar. I have been eating a lot of tuna this week, I have only lost 1 pound, but I'll take it.
God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
I have lost about 12 pounds since school started in August. but right now I am holding very steady. I am not thrilled with where I am but content enough now to float along and not sink under the flow of life here, think bobbing in the ocean :)

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
