HI Kim!!!! :) I'm here!! 'sigh' been SWAMPED at work. stressed to the bone. came thiiiis close to loosing my job as there were layoffs here. soooo scary!!! I have been disgusted with myself because I gained from halloween. I was sayign in another post i ALWAYS gain this time of year. I just hate it. I gained but did manage to get off 2 of the 6 pounds i gained. How awful was that? sheesh. just been feeling ROTTEN lately with the weight gain you know? feet hurt, clothes are tight... just blech. i've been trying to get back on track but still falling off a bit. had a little bag of kettle potato chips and mad at myself for it. grrr... gotta focus... no candy!!! no chocolate!!! not chips!!! so hard this time of year. I DID manage to stay away from pies at lunch because today at work was thanksgiving dinner with lots of desserts! so did good there!!! :) anyway.. I'm back. gotta make some of them recipes you're giving us... i think im going to make the organge yummy stuff for thanksgiving. yum!!!!

well Im glad you are ok ws getting worrie about you...and OH MY GOSH Thanksgiving at work you are much stronger then me, I would have had some of it all!!! Dont worry too much about the Halloween gain it will be gone before you know it, and yes try that orange stuff it is soooooooo good, Im going to make a big batch specially for my son, he requests it every year for Thanksgiving, that is his specail dish...then he lays around like a stuffed turkey from eating soo much it
