PULSE CHECK - Manner of Speaking
Stop what you're doing and no matter what, let's all be gut honest. It's 11:43 Eastern Savings Time (EST, on the east coast). Nearly noon. Nearly lunchtime. This is when I get into real trouble. So help me out - this is an experiment. Just tell me EVERYTHING YOU'VE EATEN SO FAR TODAY. From the time you got up until this moment, what have you eaten? I'll go first:
7am - protein shake, w/ the powder, 3 strawberries, and yogurt, ice, and water
10:30am - 1 sugar-free piece of chocolate (my own!)
11:40am - 1 small apple w/ a very small amount (maybe 1/2 teaspoon) of natural peanut butter
Ok, your turn!!! Consider this a sort of wls pulse check on how we're doing with what we're eating. This can only help us!!! M.

ok better late then never its 7:03 pm....yeah yeah just got on the computer...not the best day, but wasnt too bad....but here goes:
Breakfast- cup coffee, 3splenda packets,sf creamer
Snack- husbands home today sooooo 1/2 egg McMuffin
Lunch- Very small turkey sandwich on little roll with light mayo,mustard,2 tomatoe slices, and a piece of swiss cheese...about 3 bites of potatoe salad
Snack-Bad I know but couldnt resist---2 peanutbutter cookies, ummm edited to add the 2 peanut butter cups I forgot I ate, arggg damn halloween lol
Snack- Protein drink 2 scoops body fortress,crushed ice,water,almond extract
Dinner- 2 chicken fajitas= chicken, flour tortilla,little light sour cream,salsa,cheese,lettuce
DANG had to edit again....as I was cleaning the kitchen I had 4 strawberries they were sitting there calling my name.
Now- a cup of warm apple cider
Also add throughout the day some water, and my ton of vitamins...I think Im done for the day ! Think Ill count this as my cheating day today, but man them cookies were gooooood!!!!!!
