OT: Need Garden Advice

I have an herb garden that my cats think is a litter box. Anybody have any advice for humanely keeping the darned cats out of the garden? In the meantime, don't eat spaghetti at my house.

not sure but I know this works for keeping dogs out, so might be a good thought that it will work for cats too....try sprinkling some red hot pepper in there when they sniff to go...they wont no more....I know dogs learn real quick, they hate it.
