Daily Log
More from my surgeon's workshop. She gave us a daily log to fill out. They don't call it a food journal because there's a little more to it than that. The idea is to take things one day at a time. Don't make goals for a week, but for each day as they come. I'll try to lay it out as best I can in this post so you can cut and paste it into another document to use. Hope it turns out.

looks do-able! i copy and pasted into word and spread the things out a bit cuz i tend to write large and/or write books!
